Mosta

This Panoramic view shows the square in front of the parrish church of Mosta, Malta. The church was built between 1833 and 1871 looking like the Pantheon in Rome, which had at that time also two towers at the front façade. The dome has a diameter of 52 m and is 62 m high. It provides enough space for 12.000 people - Mosta counts in total only 17.000 residents today!
